About

HLLO!

Hllo is a brand owned and operated by SerCom Solutions, a trading name of Exertis Supply Chain Services. While we spend the majority of our time helping other brands bring their products to market and getting them into the hands of you, the consumer, on occasion we see a gap in the market. We then use our own resources to source and select simple products that bring great value for money. Whether you’re here to discover more about your new product, or need technical support, please browse the product selection below to find the documentation and resources you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

1Can I remove the handle on my megaphone?
No, the handles are not removable. On the HL-MP105BW and HL-MP108BW the handles fold for easier storage.
2Can I use rechargeable batteries with my megaphone?
While rechargeable batteries will work with your megaphone, some can produce slightly less voltage than a non-rechargeable battery. This means the level of sound output from your megaphone will be lower - i.e. it will be quieter. Some rechargeable batteries may not last as long as a new battery, meaning your megaphone might run out of charge more quickly than expected.
3Can I change the siren tone?
No, the siren tone is not changeable.
4Can I play music through the megaphone?
In theory yes, but you’d have to hold the megaphone in front of another speaker with the “Play” button held in for it to project the sound. We wouldn’t recommend it - they’re designed for your voice not your tunes!
